One way to develop a smart city is challenge-based open trials. Currently, there are plenty of open trial applications: we are looking for solutions that utilize artificial intelligence to reduce the carbon footprint in the AI4Cities project, digital solutions for the sustainable development of tourism and diverse sustainable tourism data in the 6Aika Carbon Neutral Tourism project, and digital innovation to enhance air quality measures in the HOPE project.
