SmashHit is an EU funded project set up to devise ways to increase the willingness of consumers (Data Owners) to allow (through consent) companies to use their personal data for the provision of personalized services. We have identified you as a company/organization that possibly uses or processes personal data in order to provide personalized services to the consumer. Although you may not interact directly with the Data Owner in terms of obtaining consent from them.

Personal data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable living individual. Pieces of information, which collected together can lead to the identification of a particular person, are also considered to be personal data.
